Elizabeth has been practicing law in the South East Region for 30 years in areas including Family Law, Wills and Probate, Property Law and Leasing.
Having been admitted to practice in April 1979 , our Jennifer Bowden has 40 years experience working in various areas of the law both as a barrister and as a solicitor.
She is mindful of the potentially overwhelming impact of death and marriage breakdown on the family and all its members.
Jennifer currently heads our deceased estates department. She is also on call to assist with other areas including wills, powers of attorneys and family law.
Cathy has been working in the legal industry for 30 years. She started off as receptionist and has worked in many areas of law including Family Law, Wills, Conveyancing and Litigation. She is currently Liz Einsiedel’s Personal Assistant.
Jayne has worked in legal for over 30 years. She started off as a receptionist in a legal firm in Wales, United Kingdom. She then undertook to study to progress through the profession. She has worked in many areas including Family Law, Wills, Probate and Conveyancing.
She is currently a conveyancing clerk at Einsiedels and deals with all aspects of conveyancing transactions.
Katrina has been working for Liz for nearly 10 years and in the legal industry for 16 years with experience as a Law Clerk in Criminal Law, Litigation, Business Law, Family Law, Wills and Probate. For the past 5 years Katrina has been in charge of accounts/payroll as well as assisting all other areas of the firm.

Sindi heads the conveyancing team in Pakenham and can help you with your conveyancing, wherever in Victoria you may be thinking of buying or selling.
Kellie has been working in the legal industry for 30 years specialising in conveyancing and has worked for Liz for nearly 10 years. She is a Fellow of the Institute of legal Executives and is currently studying Bachelor of Laws.
Kim has been a conveyancing assistant for 4 yeas at our Pakenham office. She is hard working with a friendly nature.
Alisha has been working at Pakenham Conveyancing for a year and half as a receptionist/conveyancing assistant. She is continuously learning about conveyancing and what it has to offer. She is hardworking and strives to do the best for our clients, to ensure they have the best experience at Pakenham Conveyancing.
